Nexton is a 4,500-acre master planned community in Summerville SC. Brighton Park Village, was Nexton’s first primarily residential village and contains a wide array of housing options, parks, civic buildings, shops and restaurants. The Brighton Park Swim Club is a community amenity that is designed to reflect the vision of Brighton Park as a sustainable, modern and comfortable place for family life. Envisioned as a pool within a park, the Club includes six lanes of 25-meter competition swimming, carefully integrated landscaping and an elegant, screened pavilion for event use. As a hub for neighborhood socializing, the pavilion provides breezy shelter from the sun for poolside picnics and celebrations. Its amenities include spacious and spa-like locker facilities and ample storage for site furnishings. An adjacent fire pit and lounge seating area is provided for events such as oyster roasts during the winter months, allowing for year-round use of the Club.
