This project at Morrison Yard in downtown Charleston SC provided a tenant upfit for Pinnacle Financial Partners that included 20,000 SF of office and collaborative spaces on the 11th floor of the building, along with 2,200 SF on the ground floor for their retail banking spaces. The design team’s program focus on the 11th floor included enhanced security, community learning / teaching spaces, large and small conference and office areas, group gathering spaces that also included recreational opportunities for staff and visitor interaction; and the 1st floor retail space is designed primarily for public banking use which also included enhanced security, natural lighting, and private office and breakroom spaces.
