Liollio worked closely with the Town of Summerville to develop personnel projections and space needs for the existing Town Hall and a new annex located in Summerville SC’s historic downtown. This collaborative exercise with the Town Council encouraged the involvement of community groups for design input. The project included renovation of the existing Town Hall, design and construction of a Annex building with a connecting bridge to the existing Town Hall, a new parking garage with retail spaces, and office spaces to serve future expansion needs and to provide rental income for the Town.
